FAQ
Questions worth asking first
What this practice does, what it doesn't, and how engagements actually start.
What happens in the Assess phase, and what does it cost?
Assess maps how work actually moves through the business today, not the org chart version, the real one, and names the two or three constraints actually setting the ceiling on performance. It's scoped and priced before it starts, not open-ended discovery. See how we work.
We already tried an AI pilot and it went nowhere. How is this different?
Most AI pilots stall because they're bolted onto a broken process instead of replacing one. Axarata starts with the system the AI would run inside of, not the tool itself, which is usually the actual reason a pilot never graduates past “promising.”
Are you going to tell us to replace people with AI?
No. The work is redesigning roles and workflows so people aren't doing work a system should be doing, not headcount reduction as the goal. Where AI genuinely removes a bottleneck, it gets used. Where the constraint is actually a process or a decision-rights problem, no amount of AI fixes that.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on the phase and what Assess finds. Axarata doesn't sell a fixed-length package before knowing what's actually broken. See how we work.
Do we need an internal ops or tech team to work with you?
No. This is built for businesses running on institutional knowledge and manual process, not ones that already have a dedicated systems team. That's a large share of who Axarata works with.
What size company do you typically work with?
Established, profitable businesses with real operational history, not pre-revenue startups. Segments range from legacy SMBs modernizing for the first time to mid-market and PE-backed companies already tech-enabled and looking for leverage. See who we serve.
